Why I’m Building The PAUSE Network®

Perimenopause has completely changed my capacity and how I work, and I realised I needed a space that honoured that instead of fighting it. The PAUSE Network® wasn’t created as a clever business idea, it was created because I needed somewhere to land that didn’t demand constant output. This network is my attempt to build a supportive space for myself and others who are navigating midlife and business at the same time.. gently, honestly, and without the pressure to perform.
