I’m a soulful VA, Business Mindset Mentor, Founder of The .PAUSE Network, and former office hustler who finally found a gentler way to work.

After 20+ years in admin and project management, I hit a turning point in my late 30s. Coaching helped me reconnect with myself, and I realised I wanted to support others doing the same.

Now, through Virtual Heather and The .PAUSE Network, I blend practical support with aligned business mentoring and therapeutic coaching – helping heart-led women slow down, breathe, and build businesses that actually feel good to run.

I’m deeply passionate about community and connection – the kind that feels grounding, honest, and nourishing. That’s why I host monthly in-person Pause meetups, creating calm, welcoming spaces where women in their 40s and beyond can work side by side, share openly, and feel seen in this season of life and business.

With monthly gatherings, weekly online sessions, and an evolving hub of resources, it’s quiet, nourishing support for this season of work and life.

I don't take on work which makes me feel ick; I am open and honest with clients and prospective clients; I limit my screen time so I don't fall into comparison traps; and I check in with myself often.
