INNER LEADERSHIP DAYS
A leadership and clarity day for business owners building in rhythm with their energy.
What we’re seeking
Is doing more leaving you with less? You’re genuinely trying to make things work, yet you feel drained, confused, and no longer enjoying the thing you once cared so much about.
It’s deeply frustrating. You pour in time, energy, and attention, and somehow everything still feels heavy. The internet keeps roaring about visibility and consistency, while your body is quietly asking for something different. Space. Breathing room. A chance to pause long enough to get your ducks in a row. You spend so much of your time showing up for your clients that your own business needs slip further and further down an already overfull to-do list.
What you actually need isn’t a complete shutdown or a disappearing act. It’s a pause with purpose remembering that stopping for a moment can be the most productive thing you do.
That’s what the Inner Leadership Day is about.
It’s a day to tune in to what’s happening beneath the noise and respond with intention rather than pressure. A chance to clear the clutter, reconnect with your direction, and lead your business in a way that feels steady, supportive, and true to you.
This isn’t a race to get more done. It’s not a mindset workshop. And it’s definitely not a CEO boot-camp.
Think of it as a reset point…a moment to regain some clarity and move things forward, alongside other business owners, and guided by me through a realistic itinerary that helps you get the important things done and feel back on top of your business.
What the days are all about
Part planning ritual, part creative retreat, part grounded co-working.
Inner Leadership Days create space to slow down while still moving your business forward. They combine structure with spaciousness, practical work with intuition, and clarity without pressure.
Think of stepping into a space where the framework is already held. You don’t have to carry everything alone. Where your mind can settle, your ideas can organise themselves, and your direction can land naturally.
Each month offers space for reflection, connection and spaciousness alongside grounded leadership support.
You bring the work you want to move forward, the things you’ve been carrying on your own, and a readiness to do them alongside others, with structure and support.
I’ll hold the structure, the rhythm and the energy. You can put the weight down, hear yourself again and lead from a place that feels true.
What’s included
Work within 6.5 hours of structured, live time on Google Meet, with me guiding the flow, keeping the day moving, and holding the structure so you don’t have to manage the clock.
During the day, you’ll have time to:
✔ Catch up on finances, such as updating trackers, filing expenses, or raising invoices
✔ Review your current offers, decide what’s still aligned, and explore what needs adjusting or simplifying
✔ Revisit your ideal client and check your messaging still fits who you want to work with now
✔ Create marketing, whether that’s writing posts, drafting an email, or outlining content
✔ Sort admin and digital clutter, including files, folders, inboxes, or project boards
✔ Reflect on values or capacity shifts and how they affect the way you’re running your business
✔ Make at least one clear decision you’ve been avoiding
Are Inner Leadership Days for you?
Coming together in this way each month will suit you if:
You’re craving a way of running your business that honours your energy, instead of constantly asking you to override it.
You want structure you can lean on, not another system that makes you feel like you’re doing it wrong.
You’re tired of building alone and want people alongside you who get it.
Your capacity shifts, and you want a rhythm that adjusts with you rather than working against you.
You’re no longer willing to keep putting your own business last, squeezing it in around everything else and wondering why it never quite gets the care it needs.
You know, deep down, what you’re here to create, you just haven’t had the space, support or quiet to hear yourself clearly.

What shifts when the right structure is held
When the structure stays the same, your nervous system can soften. You’re not starting from scratch each time or trying to work out how to show up. You know how the day flows, what’s coming next and where your energy is being invited. Over time, that familiarity builds trust in the process and trust in yourself.
Instead of forcing productivity, you begin to form rhythms. Habits that feel doable. Regular ways of tending to your business that actually stick. Showing up becomes easier because the container is already there to hold you, month after month.
You start making progress on the work that often gets avoided (your admin, finances, systems, sorting, decision-making, etc), not because it suddenly becomes exciting, but because you’re doing it alongside others. The presence of shared focus, open conversation and quiet accountability makes even the boring bits feel lighter and more manageable.
You’re also not doing the inner work alone. There’s space to name what’s blocking you, to talk honestly about what feels hard, and to realise you’re not the only one navigating uncertainty or change. That sense of community softens the edges and helps momentum emerge naturally.
Over time, this rhythm reshapes your relationship with your business. Clarity becomes familiar, showing up authentically feels less vulnerable, and things move forward because they’re being tended, not pushed.
Inner Leadership Days offer clarity without pressure, accountability without shame, and structure without rigidity.
It’s energy-awareness meeting practical strategy — held in repetition, relationship and real support.

THE FLOW
The Inner Leadership Day follows a steady, realistic flow designed to help you settle first, then think clearly, and only then move into doing.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. You’re guided through a clear structure that holds you without crowding you. There’s time to reflect, time to work, and time to step back and check in with yourself, so the progress you make actually sticks.
You don’t need to arrive clear, confident, or organised. The clarity emerges as the day unfolds.

Meet your host
Inner Leadership Days are held by me, Heather.
I’m a business witch and grounded creative guide who supports business owners to reconnect with themselves, clear the noise, and build in a way that honours their energy, capacity, and real life.
My work blends intuitive insight with practical strategy. I read what’s happening underneath the surface, help you make sense of it, and translate that into clear direction and doable action. The kind that actually sticks, rather than creating another plan you never quite follow through on.
People often tell me they leave our time together feeling steadier, more spacious, and more confident about the decisions they’re making. Not because I tell them what to do, but because I help them hear themselves more clearly.
I create spaces that are structured but not rigid, supportive without being overwhelming, and human all the way through. Spaces where you can land, think, sort things out, and move forward without needing to push or perform.
Inner Leadership Days are about coming home to your own way of leading. Your pace. Your energy. Your inner authority.
I’ll hold the structure for the day so you don’t have to carry everything alone, guiding you through a realistic flow that helps you get things done and leave feeling clearer and more on top of your business than when you arrived.
I can’t wait to welcome you in.
Why Inner Leadership Days work
Because they’re not about forcing output.
It’s about clearing static so direction can land.
It’s about being held in a rhythm that unlocks momentum.
It’s about remembering that your business isn’t stuck… it just needs you to pause long enough for the answers to rise.
FAQs
Do I need to be in a specific headspace to attend?
Not at all. You can arrive feeling overwhelmed, foggy, energised, uncertain, or somewhere in between. The day is designed to meet you exactly where you are and help clarity emerge as we go.
Will I have to speak or share on the call?
No. Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to participate quietly, keep your camera off, and engage in a way that feels supportive for you. There’s no pressure to perform or be “on”.
How does the online format work?
The day is held live via Google Meet and guided through a clear, steady flow. We begin with a grounding exercise to help you land, then move through focused work blocks, check-ins, and breaks. You’ll be supported throughout, while working from your own space.
What if I’m not sure what to work on when I arrive?
You don’t need to know in advance. The flow of the day will help you identify what actually needs your attention right now and guide you into it.
What if I’m worried I won’t “use the day properly”?
There’s no right way to do this. You’ll be guided through a clear structure, and however you engage with it is enough.
Is this suitable for neurodivergent business owners?
Yes. The structure is clear and the pace is supportive. You can take breaks, move around, fidget, work off-camera, or engage in whatever way helps you focus. All ways of showing up are welcome
