I'm Heather, a values-driven and human-led Virtual Assistant based in Hampshire, UK.
I started my own VA business to help other Solopreneurs and small business owners quit the hustle to build a more balanced life without compromising their well-being, business growth or brand identity.

You can pick and mix what you need my support with from the variety of business admin, client care and website tasks listed above. Monthly retainers are perfect for you if you’re a solopreneur or small business owner who needs help with the day-to-day running of your business.
My retainers are flexible to suit your evolving business needs, so you can add tasks and increase / decrease hours (with a little notice) when required.

I am based in the UK.
I have worked with people in Europe, Australia and the US, however 90% of my clients are also in the UK.

I don’t offer refunds for unused retainer hours as you pay those to guarantee my time for you.
