Memberships

Online & In-Person

Your membership gives you access to regular .pause network sessions, resources, and our warm, welcoming community.
Online sessions run weekly and are a minimum of 2 hours, giving you space to slow down, connect, and explore whatever’s coming up for you.
In-person meet ups happen monthly and are a minimum of 4 hours, so there’s plenty of time to settle in, share, and soak up the experience together.
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment, so you can truly drop in and get the full benefit of this season together.
After the first 3 months, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis.

Payment

Membership fees are set up as a recurring monthly payment via Stripe, taken automatically on the same date each month.

Cancellation

After your initial 3-month period, you can cancel any time by giving one month’s notice in writing (email is absolutely fine).
Your membership will then end one month from the date we receive your cancellation notice.

Pay As You Go (PAYG) Tickets

PAYG tickets let you book individual sessions without committing to a membership.
They’re perfect if you want to try things out or just drop in when it suits you.

Cancellations

PAYG tickets are subject to a 48-hour cancellation period.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the session, we’ll happily refund you or transfer your booking to another date — your choice.
Unfortunately, if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, we can’t offer a refund or transfer.
