What happens when you book an audit?

Once you book, you’ll receive an email with next steps, including:

  • Scheduling a short call where you’ll talk me through your onboarding process from your perspective. This is your chance to share how you believe it’s currently set up to work and any concerns or intentions you have for the client experience.

  • Access to experience your onboarding as a client. You’ll provide either permission or a promo code so I can check out as a client and move through your onboarding journey from start to finish.

I’ll then review all emails, links, and touchpoints that are triggered during this process and report back with clear, kind feedback on how the experience actually feels, and whether it aligns with what you’re hoping clients will experience.

  • Very little. Before we start, you’ll have a short call with me to talk through your onboarding from your perspective and share any links, logins, or access needed for me to experience it as a client. You don’t need to tidy, fix, or polish anything first. I want to see it as it really is.

  • I can review any mix of tools you’re currently using, including booking systems, email platforms, forms, payment providers, client portals, and documents. The focus isn’t on the tech itself but on how the journey feels and flows for your clients.

  • The audit is designed to give you clear, practical recommendations and next steps. If you’d like help planning or implementing changes, you can add on a follow-up call or explore further support during your clarity call.
