Squarespace Build-Along

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a place on the Squarespace Build-Along, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. The service

The Squarespace Build-Along is a live, group-based programme designed to guide you through building your own Squarespace website.

The programme includes:

  • 6 live group sessions (90 minutes per session): delivered online

  • Step-by-step guidance throughout each session (you build your own website as we go)

  • Ongoing voice messaging support via the free Telegram App

  • 4 Bonuses

This is a guided learning experience. It is not a “done-for-you” website build.

2. Session dates and times

The Build-Along runs on:

  • Wednesdays

  • 2:30pm – 4:00pm (UK time)

  • Start date: Wednesday 21 January 2026

  • End date: Wednesday 25 February 2026

By booking, you confirm that you are available for these dates and times, or that you are comfortable relying on replays if provided.

No refunds are offered for sessions missed due to personal scheduling conflicts.

3. Pricing and payment

  • Full payment: £333

  • Deposit option: £150 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due one week before the programme begins

All prices are in GBP.

Your place is not confirmed until payment (or deposit) has been received.

4. Refunds and cancellations

  • Deposits (£150) are non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Full payments (£333) are non-refundable

This is because places are limited, preparation is required, and your space is reserved specifically for you.

Please ensure you are able to commit to the programme before booking.

5. Attendance and participation

This programme relies on your active participation.

You are responsible for:

  • Attending the live sessions where possible

  • Following the steps shared during the sessions

  • Completing any work between sessions

Replays will be provided, but live attendance is strongly recommended to get the most value from the support.

No guarantees can be made if sessions are missed or the work is not completed.

6. If you are unable to complete your website

If you can demonstrate that you have:

  • Attended the sessions

  • Actively followed the guidance

  • Completed the steps provided

  • And still feel unable to build your website

I am open to discussing a move into a “built for you” Squarespace service.

In this situation:

  • Your £333 payment may be transferred toward my basic “built for you” Squarespace package

  • You would then pay the difference to the basic plan price (£252)

This option is offered at my discretion and is not an automatic entitlement. Evidence of genuine participation will be required.

7. What this programme is not

The Squarespace Build-Along is not:

  • 1:1 bespoke website design

  • Unlimited technical support beyond the sessions

  • A guaranteed outcome if you do not participate

I provide guidance, structure, and support. You are responsible for implementing the work on your own site.

8. Technical requirements

You are responsible for:

  • Having a Squarespace account

  • Purchasing a Squarespace plan / your domain and any third-party tools you may require

  • Your internet connection, hardware, and software

I am not responsible for technical issues outside of the programme itself.

9. Behaviour and participation

This is a supportive group environment.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.

10. Changes to the programme

If I need to reschedule a session, an alternative date will be offered.

If the programme cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond my control, a fair and proportionate solution will be discussed.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
