Why I Offer Business Activation Sessions
For years I’ve been walking alongside business owners, quietly attuning to the rhythms, cycles, and energetic patterns underneath their work. I’ve watched how people move through expansion and contraction, clarity and fog, action and avoidance. I’ve become deeply familiar with the unseen layers that shape a business long before the strategy does.
Lately, I’ve been feeling the collective shift…so many business owners are stuck in the in-between: overwhelmed, under-supported, full of ideas but unsure where to place their energy. They don’t need a coach barking homework at them or a strategist handing them a template. They need someone who can listen beneath the words. Someone who can sense what’s not being said. Someone who can hold both the human and the business at the same time.

Life happens! I try to be as flexible as possible, but obviously this is a business and I have a policy for these occurrences…
Rescheduling and Cancellations: You can reschedule up to 72 hours before your session via the booking link. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will be fully refunded. For cancellations within 48 hours, please get in touch directly. Refunds aren’t available for late cancellations, but I’m happy to reschedule where possible.No-Shows: If you miss your session without prior notice, the fee will not be refunded. Please let me know as soon as possible if you can’t attend.
Refunds: Refunds are only given for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance. If I need to reschedule, I’ll offer an alternative time or a full refund.
Late Arrivals: If you’re late, we’ll make the most of the remaining time, but the session will still end as scheduled.
