How The Inner Leadership Cycle Works
Inner Leadership is a year-long rhythm made up of four seasonal cycles.
Each cycle runs for three months and follows the same steady structure:

What shifts when the right structure is held
When the structure stays the same, your nervous system can soften. You’re not starting from scratch each time or trying to work out how to show up. You know how the day flows, what’s coming next and where your energy is being invited. Over time, that familiarity builds trust in the process and trust in yourself.
Instead of forcing productivity, you begin to form rhythms. Habits that feel doable. Regular ways of tending to your business that actually stick. Showing up becomes easier because the container is already there to hold you, month after month.
Inside the cycle, you start making progress on the work that often gets avoided (your admin, finances, systems, sorting, decision-making, etc), not because it suddenly becomes exciting, but because you’re doing it alongside others. The presence of shared focus, open conversation and quiet accountability makes even the boring bits feel lighter and more manageable.
You’re also not doing the inner work alone. There’s space to name what’s blocking you, to talk honestly about what feels hard, and to realise you’re not the only one navigating uncertainty or change. That sense of community softens the edges and helps momentum emerge naturally.

Inner Leadership Cycles are held by two humans who blend intuition, energy work and grounded strategy in a way that helps people actually shift in life and business.
Heather (she/her) is a business witch and grounded creative guide who supports business owners to reconnect with themselves, clear the noise and build in a way that honours their capacity. She brings a mix of calm clarity, intuitive insight and real-life strategy that helps you feel seen, steadier and more sure of where you’re heading.
Lauren (she/her) is a soul psychologist, oracle guide and Human Design mentor who helps people understand their energy, trust their inner voice and lead from who they truly are. Her work blends intuition, embodiment and deep energetic wisdom, offering the kind of perspective that lands in your chest, not just your mind. Find out more about Lauren here
Heather and Lauren met through The Passion & Purpose Club and quickly became each other’s business anchors — two people with similar charts, similar timing, and a tendency to light each other up in all the right ways. Where one feels stuck, the other holds clarity. Where one goes into vision mode, the other brings grounding. It’s a partnership built on trust, laughter, energy and a shared belief that business gets easier when you’re not doing it alone.
